On your Facebook Home Page Feed  - You read about a very Disturbing Case for instance Abuse or a Missing Person. There is nothing to ‘Like’ or ‘DisLike’. But you need to say that you have ‘Read’ the Article. You want to show that you are concerned. Moreover an Interaction will enable it to go higher on Network Feed. 

How about a Different Sign apart from the ‘Like’ and the DisLikes’ ?. How about another Sign That shows – ‘I Have Read This, I Am Concerned’.
