Social Media - No ‘Hope You Are Ok’ Message To Loyal Customer Give Value Added Service In Lock-down
In times of lock-down 2020 we are now into April 23rd., what have you done in order to touch base with your Beloved Customer Base?
Have you tried to be in touch with them? Have you identified your Loyal Base still or are you saying that the office is locked so the CRM server is closed so no way to know who is the Loyal Customer. Thus you cannot keep in touch.
Or your IT person is not available so no way the CRM server can be started.
Does this make you realize anything?
You are as incapacitated as much as your server. This means in times like these when you could have offered a sensible service just not copy paste of ‘hope you are ok’ you could have given a value added service here you are stranded as ever.
Think about this. Think about what you missed.
